* VISION - This is when we sit down and listen as you share your wishes and desires for the new space of your dreams. Be it new walls and flooring, updated vanities, mirrors and fixtures, state-of-the-art appliances, a stylish home theater entertainment center, wet bar, kitchen cabinets or whatever you envision, we capture your wishes.
* DESIGN - Now, it's time to begin the process of creating the design and planning stage that will bring your vision to life. We take your ideas and craft a detailed and fully transparent estimate meeting all your goals. We also provide a detailed CAD illustration allowing you to see details of how your new design will look when completed. Unlike many companies there's no charge for this.

* COMMITMENT - We both have expectations and needs so this is a critical part of our process where we agree on how we will collaborate and commit to make your dream come true.
* LAUNCH - Once we have completed the initial phases, we're ready to begin. We never start construction until you and Keystone are comfortable that we're in agreement on how to proceed and you're satisfied as to exactly what to expect.
* TIMETABLE - We want to disrupt your life as little as possible so now we lay out the construction schedule. You will leave this phase with a clear understanding of the deadlines we intend to meet and will know when we might need future decisions from you be it cabinet styles, wood finishes or paint and tile colors. Establishing these final aspects enables us to deliver the finished product on time and budget.
